Make a smaller, coffee-forward Nespresso flat white with 40 ml espresso and lightly textured milk. Compare steam wand and Aeroccino results honestly.

The phrase “flat white” does not mean no foam. It means a small, espresso-forward drink with milk textured finely enough to flow into the coffee rather than sitting on top as a big, airy cap. I would rather make one well-balanced 160 ml cup than fill a tall mug and call the result a flat white. You can enjoy a version with a separate frother, but a steam wand makes that glossy, pourable finish easier to control.
